Just - Evotec Biologics is a CDMO offering development and manufacturing services for antibody, next-generation biologics, and biosimilar products. We collaborate with partners starting from antibody discovery through process development and manufacturing. We designed our technologies to reduce cost of goods and help expand global access to affordable high-quality biotherapeutics.
Continuous Manufacturing Platform
We have developed an innovative integrated end-to-end continuous manufacturing process platform, which is highly intensified and allows us to make significantly more product in a smaller footprint than traditional manufacturing. Our bioprocess platform continuously purifies product as it is being made leading to better product quality.
The small footprint of our end-to-end continuous process enables a significant reduction in the size of the manufacturing plant. Just - Evotec Biologics’ award-winning GMP manufacturing facility design, called J.POD, houses our highly automated continuous process in modular clean room pods.
J.POD facilities are smaller, more cost-effective, more sustainable and faster to build than traditional facilities. Despite their small size J.POD facilities can produce up to two metric tons of product per year.
The global Just – Evotec Biologics network includes two US-based and one EU-based site, offering cell line, analytical, process development services as well as early clinical to commercial cGMP biomanufacturing services all under the one roof.
