Responsible for all Discovery BD activities globally, Ryan brings 20+ years of experience to Evotec's Business Development team. Leading the Global Discovery Business Development group, he is passionate about new models to leverage Evotec's innovative, systematic, comprehensive and unbiased drug discovery infrastructure to bridge the gap between entrepreneurs, venture capitalists, academics, and not-for-profit organizations.

As a self proclaimed matchmaker between clients and service providers to advance drug development studies, Christian enjoys building and maintaining sales teams. With his 23+ year background in various CROs and previous work in Dialysis and Diagnostics firms, he brings a variety of relevant healthcare expertise to the table. His success is driven by reliability, commitment, focus, organizational talent and a natural gift to click with people. Christian believes in scaling success by investing in his team members, getting his hands dirty and doing lot of field training. His track record demonstrates consistent sales growth that has been achieved through structured planning and execution, a vision and energy to build and lead teams from the front and a passionate commitment to the client.

Bernd Mühlenweg has more than two decades of experience in senior positions focusing on business and corporate development along with alliance management in the pharma and biotechnology industries. With innovation moving at such a fast pace, he is inspired by the ever changing nature of his role focusing on partnering and licensing of Evotec’s proprietary assets. The continuous learning embedded in experience motivates him to drive forward, together with his team, building sustainable, fruitful, and durable alliances and partnerships to advance innovations in approved medications.

Biography


Philip Boehm leads the partnering function at Just-Evotec Biologics. Before this role, he served as a strategy consultant at McKinsey and Company. His experience extends to various facets of the healthcare industry, including clinical and pre-clinical development at Bayer. Before transitioning to the corporate sector, Dr. Boehme worked in patient care while researching virology and cardiology. Furthermore, Dr. Boehme holds an M.Sc in Chemical engineering.
